Ryan Johnson is the business and operations co-founder of Findd. He brings over 20 years of successful product management and development leadership and strategic operations experience to Findd. Like his co-founder, Tom Loveland, he began his career at Xactware, the global leader in complex construction estimation software, including desktop, mobile, and cloud solutions. Xactware is now part of Verisk -(NASDAQ: VRSK).

Over his 16-year career at Verisk, Ryan held roles of increasing responsibility in development operations, system engineering, strategic account management, and global expansion. In 2012, Ryan was named Assistant Vice President, providing strategic and operational oversight of Verisk’s flagship product Xactimate, responsible for $100M in recurring revenue, customer relationships and directly leading 70+ developers and QA engineers. Ryan was also responsible for products worldwide, leading Verisk estimation expansion to French Canada, Europe, and Australia.

In 2015, Ryan joined Asure Software as Global Vice President, Product Management, responsible for product strategy and product management for all of Asure’s software solutions.

In 2016, Ryan co-founded Findd, where he remains in charge of all business and strategic operations for the company: from sales to customer service and support, to human resources, finance and legal.

Ryan has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Utah Valley University, and a Global Executive MBA from IE Business School in Madrid, Spain. He is fluent in English and Portuguese and is married with 4 children, and lives in the Provo, Utah area.
