Dan White is a seasoned executive with a proven track record of driving high-growth business outcomes through market disruption, innovative solutions, intimate client and partner relationships, and sound strategy. Mr. White has over 30 years of experience in executive leadership, strategy, sales and sales management, alliances and partnership, operations, product marketing and management, marketing, and software development in emerging growth businesses.  He is highly skilled in solution sales, especially to C-level executives in Global 1000 companies, particularly in BPO and cloud-based solutions, and Healthcare Workforce Solutions.

Mr. White was President of Strategic Workforce Solutions at AMN Healthcare, where he was responsible for the go-to-market activities for AMN, including sales, solution design, implementation, partner strategy and engagement and ongoing program management for the company’s largest and most strategic clients.  He reshaped the way AMN Healthcare delivers its suite of workforce solutions to a diverse client base, including the industry-leading Managed Services Programs (MSP), Vendor Management Systems (VMS), and open marketplace for healthcare.  Workforce Solutions grew 10X in seven and a half years under Mr. White’s leadership and represented over 55% of overall AMN revenue when he departed in 2021.

For most of his career, Mr. White has been passionate about helping organizations improve their employee experience by aligning their business and workforce strategies using advanced digital innovation. He received a BBA in Accounting from the University of San Diego in 1985.  He is married with two children, and resides in Newport Beach, California.
